Orders are processed and shipped within 1 working day. Shipped from Brisbane via Australia Post. Expected 5-7 business days to arrive after ordering.

Delivery times are faster for metro areas than regional. Please note the shipping times are estimates and some orders can take longer due to factors outside of our control.

CAN YOU SHIP TO ME?

We ship nationwide across Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this stage.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All products come with the Pub Quiz Tickets Satisfaction Guarantee. That means we'll refund your oder if you are not satisfied on arrival. All we ask is that the item(s) are returned still boxed and sealed in the same condition you received them. You can return any items within 14 days.

Return and exchange policy for discounted and free items –

You can return the item that you obtained at a discounted price for store credit. Store credit will equate to the value you paid for the discounted item. Free items will not be included in the store credit.

You can exchange the item that you obtained at a discounted price or for free only if you exchange with the same product type and same value.
